I have been involved with storytelling in B2B communication for over 25 years – so Sympra is the right place for me. Here, we specialize in products, solutions and services that require explanation, for clients in the IT, automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, real estate and building materials sectors. We get to the heart of complex topics and bring them into the media in an exciting way.

In addition to supporting and advising my clients, as Director of Business Development, I also keep an eye on the development of the agency. I am driven by the question: How can we successfully support companies on the market with expanded or completely new services? I am at home in both PR and marketing communications. I previously studied journalism, psychology and philosophy.

I am particularly interested in international communication, especially cultural differences in interactions and decision-making processes. For around six years, I mainly advised German companies in China. From that experience, I know how fundamental it is to understand and respect your own employees in the target country. Understanding what culture they grew up in, how they think, what priorities they set, and how they see their own market is essential for effective international communication. German corporate headquarters that allow genuine localization are successful. This means that they trust their local communications experts and give them the freedom they need to address their target groups authentically and effectively.
